Mindful Me Program: Introduction

Mindful Me is an online Program I have created to share Mindfulness Creative Arts Sessions based on Mindful Activities, Life Coaching, Educating children about the mind, emotions and behaviour relation, and explore Creative ways in which we can express our emotions effectively, through Music, Sound, Art, Journal Writing and more. I will also be providing free resources to accompany each session.


Mindful Me Program: Session 1 'Being Mindful'

 Explore different ways in which we can practice 'Being Mindful' and how we can benefit highly from this useful habit. Learn how animals can influence us in experiencing a moment vividly through our senses and exercise simple Mindful activities, from breathing to slime making and Art to increase the quality of our experiences. Mindful Me Program: Session 2 'Mindful Moments'

 Session 2 of the Mindful Me Program explores different ways in which we can create Mindful Moments in a daily routines' differentiating between the tasks that do not require much thought and those that do require our thinking minds, experiencing each through Exercises including visualisation and Music listening.  In Session 3 we explore the magical power of Gratitude, to turn a bad day into a good day and the thought of been unfortunate into been the luckiest person alive! By learning how to tune our perception we are able to put on our 'Gratitude Glasses' to focus on things we can appreciate and have 'The Bigger Picture' in mind.   In Session 6 we continue to explore the importance of the Mindful Approach we take throughout our practice, this time through the quality of PATIENCE. Our modern lifestyles truly challenges our ability to be patient, due to the unlimited practicalities technology has to offer and all the increasing facilities we are evolving with, until we learn that not everything in life happens as and when we want it.  In Session 7 we learn how by ALLOWING & ACCEPTING situations we have no control over, we release ourselves from the resistance and save ourselves from experiencing secondary emotions like anger, frustration and stress. This enables us to mindfully acknowledge how we feel and through acceptance we gain the peace to remain mindful and conscious throughout our experience, so we can take the opportunities given to adapt, grow and transform into a stronger and wiser version of ourselves. Yiruma has a wonderful collection of piano pieces, suitable for all ages. This was my favourite during pregnancy and whilst they slept as babies. 9 years later my daughter still chooses to play it to relax before bedtime.

YouTube has quite a number of effective home cleansing vibrations, just find the one you resonate with. Play it nice and loud so the frequencies reach every corner of your home and leave on for as long as possible.
