
'Journey to Happiness' is a book I wrote, inspired by common difficulties faced by children and inspired by Mindfulness, Creative Arts, Nature and Story as healing Therapy tools. The story includes 3 inspiring songs throughout for children to listen to or sing along to. At the back of the book I designed relevant Mindfulness Activities, Song Writing Activities, Art Therapy Activities, Journal Writing and activities relating to Nature.

I designed this programme to empower children in finding, acknowledging, accepting and loving themselves just as they are, and inspire the qualities within them to grow. I use the powerful tools of Mindfulness, Creative Arts and other energy enhancing exercises to balance every area and cater for every need possible, providing a wide variety of learning styles to reach each individual in their own unique way.

Mindfulness has proved to be an empowering tool for children, helping them with behaviour, focus and learning. I strongly believe, that the qualities of Mindfulness are the key to promoting positive relationships, enhancing acts of kindness and acceptance of all as equal-special beings. It prepares children for challenges they may face, by building a positive mindset and be confident, resilient individuals.

Music lessons designed for children to listen mindfully to music and reflect on how the music affects them, explore a variety of ways in which to express themselves through performing instruments, singing and lyric writing, and learn the elements of music to help them compose their own songs or pieces to stimulate particular emotions. Music and Sound can serve as an effective therapeutic tool for communicating, expressing, balancing, reflecting and enhancing their vibration, once they learn how it works, and proves to be most liberating.

Art Lessons designed to stimulate mindful reflection, and use different colours and media to express themselves effectively. Through Art, children can explore their inner expressions with no boundaries, allowing them to accept, let go or even embrace the emotions they are experiencing. It can bring clarity to what goes on inside them and given the tools, they will be able to enhance their vibrations in easy and effective ways.

School Routines have customs that come a long way back, from old schooling styles. I believe it is time to turn those habits into valuable opportunities, which will give pupils the opportunity to regain their focus, calm their minds, maximise their learning abilities and enhance the positive energy in schools.

Families are invited to spend the day in nature, whilst their children join in Mindfulness Creative Arts Activities

Teamed up with other professionals in the field, we plan 5-Day Summer Camps, providing children with valuable experiences in nature, and empower themselves through a variety of Mindfulness Creative Arts , Eco-Art, Yoga, Survival skills, Animal Therapy and powerful Energy works. Children will also learn to appreciate nature, gardening, growing fruit and vegetables and learn life-skills for self-care and life-appreciation.
